For me the institute was a time of refreshing, fresh revelation, new vision, and an impartation and release of greater gifting. I was given, by the Lord, for three & 1/2 weeks, an open heaven. It was also a time of the Lord reminding me of words and promises from Him that I had received years ago and that I had forgotten or failed to continue to trust Him for. A time when He spoke gently to my heart that He had not forgotten those words, and in His faithfulness they would yet come to pass. For me it was also a time of dreams and visions regarding not only the ways of the Lord, but though I have been in ministry for over twenty years, I came to realize in a fuller way than ever before, the anointing that the Lord has placed in my life. In less than a week after completing the institute we began to see a visible difference in the manifestation of the Spirit of the Lord in times of ministry.

Through the Institute I received so many valuable and necessary tools that I'm still discovering how they apply to me and what God has called me to. I received treasures and clues how to discover them for myself. It's like being on a treasure hunt to find God's presence, and through the Institute I received further clues on how to discover and walk in God's ways in order to be able to find that place of walking in and with Him on a continual, daily basis. For anyone seeking to further understand God and His ways and how they apply to us and the times we live in, I would highly recommend this course.

Institute Teaching Seminars
 
 
WHAT ARE THE INSTITUTE SEMINARS?
 
The Institute Seminars are once-a-month five daylong teaching courses on various Bible subjects. The same policies and standards for application apply to the seminars as to the Institute. Curriculum amount varies with each course with an average of 1500 pages of original materials for the student to take home with them. Class schedules are from 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
 
Seminar fees: $250-$350
Students are responsible for their own lodging and meals
 
 
"BIBLICAL CREATIVE ARTS" INSTITUTE SEMINAR
  • Five day introductory course examining the concept of the Arts from a Biblical perspective as opposed to a philosophical New Age approach.

"Harvest" Seminar
Harvest is different than revival, but often not distinguished from one another. This Seminar acquaints the believer with the seasons of Harvest, the parameters for the various laborers in harvest, the enemies of harvest, types of harvest and more.

"Prayer and Intercession" Seminar
Prayer, Supplication and Intercession have become "fads" when in reality they are fundamental for a healthy Christian walk. These BASIC teachings are designed to define, distinguish, identify and clarify the different types of anointing the Bible speaks of. A brief synopsis of the different types of oil anointing, fire anointing, wine anointing, wind anointing and water anointing as well as some foundational truths on ministering in the anointing may be discussed.
 
"Understanding The Callings of God" Seminar
The word "calling" has lost its' full definition becoming almost entirely vocational in influence. Callings were first and foremost invitations to participate in relationship with God. This highest calling is walking with God. The lesser callings are defined and explained for the listener in this series of teachings.
 
"Understanding Intimacy and Walking with God" Seminar
God seeks friendship and intimate relationship with man. This seminar explains the different stages of development this walk goes through and how to develop a closer more personal and practical walk with God on a daily basis.
 
"Foundations of the Human Life" Seminar
If the foundations be destroyed what can the righteous do? Ps. 11:3 An intense and thorough study of the Biblical concept of foundations is covered in this Seminar. The listener will identify the condition of each foundation stone in their life and will then begin to assess how to correct improper foundations in their life.
 
"Understanding the Basic Doctrines of the Bible" Seminar
The Bible indicates that there are approximately 25 foundational doctrines fundamentally important to the stability and developing maturity of the believer. This seminar is designed to train the believer in these doctrines. These teachings including the Biblical definition and understanding of Salvation, Healing, Deliverance, Love, Faith, Hebrews 6 doctrines, The sayings of Jesus, Grace, Righteousness, Holiness and more.
 
Praise and Worship Seminars
Dr. Winslow has organized and taught Praise and Worship Seminars internationally, training thousands of Praise and Worship leaders, Minstrels, and Psalmists, in small group church environments, through the use of her original curriculum "Praise and Worship Study Compendium" and the "Song of the Lord".
 
Youth Ministry
